Christopher Villagomez, a dedicated and passionate mechanic, began his journey in the automotive industry in 2022 and joined the Auto Lab team in 2024. With a background in Automotive Technology from the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois, Christopher quickly made a name for himself, winning three races in a 1994 Honda Civic Hatchback and earning the top spot in his automotive class.
Christopher is deeply involved in the world of race cars, spending much of his free time watching the 90s Japanese Grand Touring Championship, building and learning about race cars, and immersing himself in the latest video games. His love for cars is matched only by his enthusiasm for delicious Mexican cuisine, especially enchiladas.
For Christopher, the 1996 R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R is the pinnacle of automotive excellence, while he feels that Hyundai and Kia fall short of the mark. His dream car? A 1997 EK9 Type R Honda Civic, a true icon in the racing world.
When he’s not working on cars, Christopher dreams of visiting Okinawa, Japan, and aspires to one day become a master tech, all while helping people get the most out of their vehicles. With a goal to live his dream life through his work, Christopher brings passion, expertise, and a relentless drive to every project at Auto Lab.
