I'm currently the proud Owner and President of Auto Lab in Libertyville. My journey in the automotive world began in 2005, and since joining Auto Lab on August 8th, 2022, I've been dedicated to carrying forward our legacy of exceptional customer service and expert vehicle care.
As an ASE-Certified Automotive Technician, I've always had a deep love of cars. By the age of 24, I was already excelling as a technician and later as a shop foreman, thanks to my technical skills and knack for customer service. My dedication to the field eventually led me to service advising, where I could bridge my passion for cars with my commitment to exceptional customer service. Here, I found myself directly interacting with customers, listening to their concerns, and guiding them through the complexities of auto care.
When I first joined Auto Lab, I was excited by the opportunity to be part of a team that is so dedicated to exceptional customer service and an honest approach. From the beginning, I was impressed by all of Auto Lab’s loyal clients - many of whom have second and third generations of family members choosing our shop. When the founder of Auto Lab decided it was time to retire, I was confident I could lead the company into the future.
As we head into our 30th year in business, my goal is to maintain Auto Lab’s ethos– ensuring that every customer leaves our shop not just satisfied, but fully reassured that their vehicle has been expertly and affordably repaired. I'm committed to upholding a customer-focused and transparent approach to auto repair and service.
